How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color! To access this feature, please follow the simple exchange process found here.

Return in store

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit.

Non-Returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to being final sale or other restrictions. These items will be clearly indicated on their product page.
